 Do you know how many calories are in your average Thanksgiving Dinner?

About 3,000!  You need to walk for about 30 miles to burn that off or.................do something new and different this holiday season to off-set your once a year binge.  In comes the Fitness 21 POST TURKEY DAY BURN-OFF!

Come by the day after Thanksgiving and get those calories burning with this exciting workout:

10:00 - 10:15 Warm - up/Kristi
12 minute stations:
 Station 1 -        Turkey Breast (Chest)/Star
 Station 2 -        The Turkey Legs / Leonard
 Station 3 -        Wings (shoulders & arms)/Johnny
 Station 4 -        Back on track (back)/Christina
 Station 5 -        Belly Buster (core)/Michelle
11:15 - 11:30 Cool down & stretch

 

This will be a great chance to work with one of our elite personal trainers if you haven't had the chance to work with them before. There will be a sign-up sheet at the front desk so hurry.  Space will be limited! See Tom or Lynn for more details.
